Operations & Logistics Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a sharp and experienced Operations & Logistics Executive to take hands-on ownership of our day-to-day supply chain, fulfilment, and shipping operations across all brands — MODU, Keimen Kids, Sassy Baby, and Stapelstein®. This isn’t an entry-level role — you’ve done this before and you know what good operations look like. You’ll coordinate with our fulfilment partner, manage inbound and outbound logistics, and make sure things run smoothly without needing to be told twice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehousing & Fulfilment

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our third-party warehousing and fulfilment provider, ensuring SLAs are met across all brands.
• Coordinate inbound stock shipments, ensuring accurate and timely receiving of inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs before stockouts occur.
• Review fulfilment accuracy and turnaround times, escalating issues and driving resolution with the team.
• Work with the team on pick-and-pack standards, packaging requirements, and any brand-specific handling instructions.

Shipping & Freight:

• Manage all import and export logistics including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and shipping partners to optimise cost and reliability.
• Oversee last-mile delivery operations for both B2C (online orders) and B2B (retailer) channels.
• Monitor shipping timelines and proactively resolve delays or issues before they impact customers.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations across Thailand and international markets.

Retailer & Trade Logistics

• Coordinate logistics for retailer orders and replenishments, both domestically in Thailand and for overseas retail partners.
• Manage trade documentation, invoicing, and delivery scheduling for B2B accounts.
• Work closely with the sales and brand teams to plan stock allocations for retail channels.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail partners on logistics and fulfilment matters.

Process Building & Systems

• Proactively identify inefficiencies across the supply chain and implement improvements without waiting to be asked.
• Establish and maintain operational processes, SOPs, and documentation across all logistics functions.
• Recommend and implement tools or systems to improve inventory visibility, order tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate between the fulfilment partner, customer service, and commercial teams to keep operations aligned.

Reporting & Planning

• Provide regular reporting on logistics KPIs including fulfilment rates, shipping costs, stock accuracy, and delivery timelines.
• Support demand planning and stock forecasting in collaboration with brand and sales teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service levels.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations — you’ve handled this kind of work before.
• Comfortable coordinating with 3PL or fulfilment service providers.
• Hands-on experience with import/export processes, customs documentation, and freight coordination.
• Experience supporting B2B retailer orders alongside B2C fulfilment is a bonus.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail — you don’t let things slip through the cracks.
• A proactive problem-solver who flags and resolves issues without waiting to be asked.
• Comfortable working across multiple brands with different product types and priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Thai; additional languages are a plus.
