Operations & Logistics Support

We are looking to employ an Operations & Logistics Support person for a full-time, permanent position, based at our site in Hixon.

Agrii is a leading provider of agronomy services, technology and strategic advice, supporting farmers across the UK. Our Logistics and Supply Chain operation includes over 200 employees working across 30 depots nationwide, delivering seed, fertiliser and crop protection products to customers at the heart of British agriculture.

We're looking for an Operations & Logistics Support person to play a key role in supporting our Logistics & Farm Saved Seed (FSS) functions. Working closely with the Depot Manager and wider logistics team, you'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of customer service, warehouse operations and health and safety.

What you'll do:

• Provide administrative support across both departments, maintaining accurate records, processing orders and coordinating operational paperwork.
• Support logistics and fleet operations, including MOT checks, maintenance records and defect reporting.
• Assist with warehouse and FSS operations, supporting stock control, goods in and out and the management of chemicals and consumables.
• Support planning, scheduling and day-to-day activities, particularly during busy seasonal periods.
• Support workshop and site activities, including safe FLT operation, equipment checks, waste management and maintaining PPE and site consumables.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business, building strong working relationships and supporting the wider team.
• Champion health, safety and compliance, following company procedures and promptly reporting hazards, near misses and unsafe conditions.

What you'll bring:

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Good Microsoft Office and general IT systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An FLT licence or willingness to obtain this.
• Agricultural, logistics or operations experience is desirable.
• A full UK, clean driving license required for this role.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
