Ground-Mounted Solar Power Plant / Solar Ground Mount Projects Solar Plant O&M Experience is Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced O&M Engineer responsible for the operation, maintenance, and performance management of ground-mounted solar power plants. The role requires strong technical expertise in solar PV systems, electrical infrastructure, SCADA monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain ground-mounted solar power plants for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of PV modules, inverters and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to solar panels, tracking systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance through SCADA systems and monitoring tools.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Develop strategies to improve plant efficiency and reduce energy losses.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry practices and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and technical services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare daily, monthly and technical performance reports.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Solar Plant O&M

Solar Ground-Mounted Plant experience mandatory

Strong knowledge of Solar PV Systems & Electrical Infrastructure

Experience with SCADA, plant monitoring & performance analytics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and project management skills

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / E&TC / Electronics or related engineering discipline
