Job Details: We are seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Supervisor to oversee field engineering teams, manage concurrent infrastructure projects, enforce safety standards, and ensure client service delivery targets.

• POSITION: Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Supervisor
• WORK SETUP: On-site / Field Deployment (North & Central Luzon)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects and take accountability for project completion
• Supervise, coach, and motivate field teams to ensure work quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Manage internal and external client expectations while providing daily, weekly, and monthly project updates
• Engage with public and private offices regarding permits, policies, and procedural compliance as required by projects
• Resolve and escalate operational or technical issues arising during field activities
• Document and liquidate project materials daily and maintain updated project trackers
• Provide project progress reports during weekly and monthly operational reviews
• Develop end-to-end Process Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key operational tasks
• Conduct site visits, field inspections, and adhere strictly to company code of conduct and safety policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate or possessing equivalent practical experience in a related technical field
• At least 5+ years experience in a supervisory role handling field operations, telecommunications, or construction management
• Strong technical background in Operations & Maintenance (O&M), construction practices, and project management
• Must hold a valid Driver's License for manual transmission 4-wheel vehicles
• Willingness to be deployed or travel extensively across North and Central Luzon locations
• Demonstrated capability in inventory management, cost analysis, and people development
