Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Front Office Supervision

• Supervise AM and PM front office staff, prepare work schedules, and assign daily tasks.
• Oversee daily facility cleanliness, maintenance coordination, supplies management, and customer service escalation handling.
• Monitor bookings, occupancy, collections, and billing handovers to Accounting.
• Ensure proper opening, shift turnover, and closing procedures.

2. Hands-On Marketing & Content Creation

• Develop monthly marketing strategies, content calendars, promotions, and community events.
• Create engaging social media content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, captions, scripts, and promotional graphics/visual assets).
• Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, and actively respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate creator partnerships and monitor digital marketing performance and lead generation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience handling operations, administrative supervision, customer service, or digital marketing (experience in hospitality, property management, or co-working spaces is a strong advantage).

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software) and comfortable filming/producing short-form video content (Reels/TikToks).
  • Basic background in bookkeeping, cash handling, or financial document reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
