Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage end-to-end sales order execution, inventory coordination, and commercial operations. The role involves customer coordination, quotation management, purchase order processing, distributor coordination, billing, payment tracking, logistics, and delivery management.

The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Inventory Coordination, or Commercial Operations, preferably within the Mobility, Telecom, IT Hardware, or Technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication and prepare product quotations based on approved pricing structures.
• Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and split orders by product line items for designated distributors and OEMs.
• Coordinate with Billing, Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Legal teams.
• Liaise with distributors, vendors, OEMs, and external business partners.
• Track billing documentation, payment aging, outstanding payments, and collections.
• Monitor product shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain delivery challans, gate passes, and Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
• Maintain accurate Excel trackers and operational databases.
• Prepare and present weekly MIS and progress reports to business leadership.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, commercial taxation requirements, and documentation standards.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Inventory Coordination, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience in Mobility, Telecom, IT Hardware, or Technology is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling, and trackers.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, billing, logistics documentation, and commercial taxation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in end-to-end order execution, payment follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, compliance orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Education

B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
