Operations and Performance Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an operations professional with experience in retail, restaurants, or hospitality who can streamline operations, build effective systems and processes, and improve business performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOPs, operational workflows, and performance tracking systems.

• Identify operational gaps and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency.

• Create data collection tools using Google Forms and Google Sheets.

• Integrate operational data into Power BI to develop dashboards and visual performance reports.

• Track KPIs, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to management.

• Standardise reporting processes across teams, stores, or outlets.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in operations, preferably in retail, restaurants, or hospitality.

• Proficiency in Google Forms, Google Sheets/Excel, and Power BI.

• Ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and interpret operational data.

• Strong understanding of SOP development, process improvement, and performance management.

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical systems and measurable outcomes.

Preferred: Experience in multi-outlet operations, automation, and integrating data from multiple sources.
