We are looking for a Operations and Permanent Control Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of Beacon, an internal platform supporting accounting and financial control plans.
• Configure and maintain functional parameters according to business needs and control requirements.
• Follow up on requests from Regions, Business Lines, Senior Management Reporting and Group Finance Control.
• Analyze, evaluate and prioritize requests related to first- and second-line financial controls (LOD1 and LOD2).
• Provide functional support to users, reviewing issues and helping resolve queries.
• Assess reported issues and coordinate with local IT teams when technical intervention is required.
• Collaborate with business and control stakeholders to support tool enhancements and process improvements.

PROFILE & SKILLS

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in audit, financial control, permanent control or legal functions.
• A Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of accounting processes, financial controls and internal control frameworks.
• Experience in functional tool configuration and user support.
• Experience with Beacon is highly valued; experience with IBM OpenPages is also relevant.
• Ability to analyze business requests and translate them into functional configurations and improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to evaluate and prioritize requests.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting users and improving processes.
