Job Description

Clover Signs is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Operations & Production Supervisor to join our growing team!

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating production, managing inventory and purchasing, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with production equipment when needed.

We are looking for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once. No two days are exactly the same!

The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who can take initiative, lead a team, and keep things moving efficiently.

We are willing to train the right person! Previous experience in the sign or graphics industry is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate paperwork, records, reports, and production documentation.
• Perform daily computer-based administrative tasks.
• Monitor job progress, deadlines, and workflow.
• Keep operations organized and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and prioritizing daily projects.

Inventory, Ordering & Purchasing

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
• Order materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and deliveries.
• Ensure materials are available to keep production running smoothly.

Team Supervision & Production

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production team members, graphic designers, and graphic installers.
• Help prioritize workloads and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Provide direction, support, and accountability to team members.
• Assist with operating production machinery and equipment when needed.
• Help troubleshoot issues and find solutions to keep projects moving.

Customer Relations

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Communicate professionally regarding projects, timelines, and customer needs.
• Assist with customer questions, concerns, and project coordination.
• Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in supervising and directing employees.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.

• Comfortable working in both an office and hands-on production environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous supervisory, production, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.

This position requires someone who can confidently lead others, stay organized under pressure, and adapt quickly as priorities change.

You must be comfortable spending a significant portion of your day working on a computer while also being willing to step onto the production floor and help wherever needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
