Operations & Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Operations & Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee operations and program coordination with a strong focus on financial governance, resource tracking, and budget management. The ideal candidate will partner closely with finance and BI teams to improve reporting processes, support balanced portfolio decisions, and strengthen cross-functional execution. This is a highly visible role that helps ensure accurate data, clear operating rhythms, and effective organizational alignment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial submission process and implement governance frameworks
• Ensure accurate tracking of resources and financial data across the organization
• Oversee budget management cycles and communicate processes organization-wide
• Optimize resource allocation and collaborate with finance teams for balanced portfolios
• Act as a liaison between operational needs and the BI development team to define dashboard requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Finance, or Program Management
• Strong operational knowledge in product development environments
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and continuous improvement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
