The Role

We are looking for an energetic, resourceful, and proactive Operations & Project Assistant to act as our go-to "right hand."

This is not a boring desk job. You will be on the move—coordinating between management, site teams, suppliers, and our showroom. One day you might be sourcing special marble samples or lighting fixtures, the next you will be visiting a construction site to check deliveries or liaising with vendors to negotiate lead times. If you are a fast learner with high street smarts who loves solving problems and getting things done, you will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Material Sourcing: Research, contact, and negotiate with local and international suppliers for hardware, furniture components, fabrics, stone, and finishing materials.
• On-Site Coordination & Field Support: Visit project sites across Bangkok to deliver materials, inspect supplier drop-offs, collect samples, and verify on-ground progress.
• Information Hub & Cross-Team Liaison: Gather updates, photos, and reports from site supervisors and relay critical information promptly to management and design teams.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Follow up on production schedules, track material delivery dates, request quotation updates, and resolve delays directly with vendors.
• General Operational Support: Handle ad-hoc tasks, urgent errands, project document dispatch, and general administrative support to keep projects moving smoothly without bottlenecks.

What We Are Looking For

• Nationality: Thai national only.
• Mindset: High energy, "can-do" attitude, and extreme resourcefulness—you take initiative and find solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
• Mobility: Must be able to travel around Bangkok easily for site visits, supplier runs, and material pick-ups (own car/motorcycle with valid driving license is a strong plus).
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills in Thai; fair working English is a plus for liaising with foreign management or overseas suppliers.
• Organization: Good at tracking multiple tasks, setting reminders, taking clear photos/notes on-site, and reporting back accurately.
• Background: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in interior design, construction coordination, purchasing, event production, or executive personal assistance.
