Operations & Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project & Business Development

• Coordinate facility expansion, infrastructure development, equipment installation and production readiness activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Optimize production flow, facility layout and resource utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvement strategies.
• Work closely with department heads to achieve business objectives.
• Establish and improve operational policies, procedures and best practices.

Leadership & Strategic Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate business activities across departments.
• Support management in business planning, capacity expansion and organizational development.
• Prepare reports, performance metrics and business updates for senior management.
• Participate in strategic decision-making and company growth initiatives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, project management or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in factory setup, plant expansion or manufacturing improvement projects will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
