Operations and Purchase Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Support: Validate initial order requests and assist in creating purchase or service orders in the ERP system and MS Word.
• Vendor Coordination: Follow up with new vendors to collect basic onboarding documentation (GST, PAN, bank details) and log them into the system.
• Data Maintenance: Actively maintain and update the master address book of vendors and office locations in Excel.
• Order Tracking: Follow up via phone/email with vendors regarding delivery dates and coordinate with internal units to confirm when items arrive.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain basic internal data logs and share simple daily status updates with the team.
• Documentation: Safely organize and archive physical and digital copies of invoices, delivery challenges, and order sheets.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
