What You'll Do

As our Operations & Purchasing Coordinator, you'll help keep our business running efficiently by:

• Coordinating technician schedules and customer appointments.
• Providing exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Creating purchase orders and managing vendor relationships.
• Tracking deliveries and ensuring materials arrive on time.
• Researching specialty fireplace and chimney products and parts.
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Processing customer payments and preparing invoices.
• Utilizing ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace to manage daily operations.
• Supporting our showroom and office as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a professional who is organized, dependable, and enjoys taking initiative.

The ideal candidate has:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in purchasing, customer service, office administration, operations, or project coordination.
• Confidence using computers and learning new software.
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, or similar software is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction, home improvement, or building materials is helpful, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $22–$34 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays during peak seasons

This is a fully in-person position based in our office and showroom. We believe our team does its best work by collaborating together, supporting one another, and providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
