Operations & Quality Assistant

Job Overview

Garcia Precision is looking for a reliable and organized Operations & Quality Assistant to help with our day-to-day office and business operations.

This position will work closely with management and have the opportunity to grow into our Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO compliance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

-Help organize daily office and business operations
-Manage paperwork, emails, files, and company records
-Assist with purchase orders and customer orders
-Prepare shipping paperwork and documentation
-Help communicate with customers and vendors
-Maintain organized job and quality records
-Assist with spreadsheets and data entry
-Help maintain QMS and ISO documentation
-Assist with document control and quality records
-Support internal audits and corrective actions as trained
-Keep company procedures and records organized and up to date

What We’re Looking For

Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and responsible
Good communication skills
Comfortable with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Able to learn new systems quickly
Able to work independently
Willing to learn about CNC manufacturing, quality systems, and ISO requirements

CNC or manufacturing experience is not required.

Experience with manufacturing, quality, ISO, shipping, purchasing, or office administration is a plus.

We want someone who can start by helping with everyday operations and gradually take on more responsibility with quality, QMS, ISO compliance, document control, and company operations. Pay will be reflected.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
