Baiti Rentals is looking for an experienced Operations & Quality Supervisor to join our Cairo office and oversee the quality and day-to-day operational standards of our short-term rental properties.

This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring a combination of hospitality knowledge, housekeeping expertise, staff training, scheduling, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure Baiti's cleaning and hospitality standards are consistently followed.
• Develop and manage housekeeping schedules based on guest check-ins, check-outs, occupancy, and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments before guest arrival and ensure properties consistently meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Establish and maintain clear cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality-control standards.
• Monitor housekeeping performance and address recurring quality or service issues.
• Coordinate cleaning, inspections, maintenance, and other operational requirements between employees and the operations team.
• Ensure apartments are fully prepared for guests, including cleanliness, linens, supplies, amenities, and overall presentation.
• Train new housekeeping employees and provide ongoing refresher training to existing staff.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Identify operational problems and recommend practical improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Respond quickly to urgent operational or housekeeping issues affecting guest stays.
• Maintain consistent service standards across all Baiti-managed properties.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, including experience in hospitality and housekeeping operations.
• Previous experience supervising housekeeping, hotel operations, serviced apartments, vacation rentals, or similar hospitality operations.
• Relevant educational specialization in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of professional cleaning and housekeeping standards.
• Demonstrated experience training and supervising employees.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, employees, and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment where guest satisfaction and property readiness are critical.

The Person We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who does not simply assign cleaning tasks, but takes ownership of operational quality. The successful candidate should be capable of training a team, inspecting their work, identifying weaknesses, improving procedures, and ensuring that every Baiti property delivers a consistent standard of cleanliness and guest experience.

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
