Opportunity Details
Bone & Associates is a privately held, multi-division organization located in Wilson County, Tennessee. Our family of businesses spans senior living, event venues (Cedar Springs at Bone Hollow and The Arcade), property management, construction, and a working farm — and we are always growing.
We are looking for an energetic, people-first self-starter who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. If you love variety, get a rush from making a sale, and can keep a smile on your face while juggling three things at once — keep reading.
What You’ll Do
Front Office & Reception
- Greeting and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with a warm, professional presence
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries across divisions
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
Farm Sales & Beef Inventory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for direct beef sales from our working farm
- Manage product inventory — tracking cuts, quantities, pricing, and availability
- Build customer relationships and follow up leads to drive repeat sales
- Coordinate order fulfillment and communicate pickup/delivery logistics
- Maintain accurate sales records and inventory logs
Who You Are
- You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments — chaos is your superpower
- You’re organized enough to keep up with inventory, scheduling, and follow-through
- You have a natural sales instinct — you enjoy connecting with people and closing deals
- You can switch gears quickly without losing focus or quality
- You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need a script to get things done
- You see this role as a launchpad, not a landing spot
- Future full-timer
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in-person
- Comfort with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, inventory software)
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible, varied schedule
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer-facing work
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience in sales, business office, hospitality, property management settings
- Experience with inventory management or point-of-sale systems
What We Offer
- A front-row seat to a growing, multi-division organization
- Real responsibility from day one
- Exposure to multiple business lines and opportunities to grow within the company
- A team that works hard, laughs often, and genuinely supports each other
- Competitive part-time compensation commensurate with experience
