Operations & Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Operations & Sales Executive to manage daily business operations while actively developing new sales opportunities. This role combines business development, e-commerce management, sales operations and OEM coordination, with opportunities to contribute to the company's expansion into new markets and product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through international schools, cafés, retailers, supermarkets, distributors and other potential partners.
• Actively source and coordinate participation in bazaars, pop-up markets and other offline sales activities.
• Explore new distribution channels, potential kiosk locations and retail expansion opportunities.
• Develop business proposals, maintain customer relationships and follow up on sales leads to drive revenue growth.
• Manage online sales, customer enquiries, order processing, payment follow-ups and delivery coordination.
• Establish and manage additional online sales channels, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other relevant platforms.
• Liaise with OEM manufacturers on production schedules, order quantities, product specifications and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor stock levels, stock movement, expiry dates and replenishment requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, sales pipelines and operational documentation.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, customer acquisition and sales channel performance.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, F&B Management or a related field is preferred.
