Operations and Sales Support Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide operational support towards sales team, including, but not limited to, ticket reservations, vendor coordination, itinerary and transfer arrangements, coach and luggage tag preparation, and pre-departure materials.

Handle visa enquiry and insurance purchase through email and phone communication for corporate clients.

Handling dispute and complaints internally & externally.

Provide sales support and assist with proposal preparation when required.

Support business travel team for its operation and other team.

Issue EO and invoices for all operational support rendered, including tasks assigned by the manager.

Experience & skill set required:
Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry

Proficient in Microsoft office

Ability to work under tight schedules with positive working attitude

Independent, meticulous, teamplayer, excellent interpersonal skill, positive work attitude

Experience in group booking

Experience in using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus) would be an advantage
