Operations & Store Assistant

Job Summary

Support daily operations through inventory handling, receiving, packing and unpacking of goods, basic operational support, and occasional delivery activities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive, unpack and organise incoming goods in the company store.
2. Check the physical quantity and condition of goods received and report any discrepancies.
3. Ensure stock items are properly stored, labelled and handled with care.
4. Prepare, pick and pack items for delivery or collection.
5. Perform occasional delivery of small items to hospitals, universities or courier service providers when required.
6. Assist in monitoring inventory movement and maintaining general store housekeeping.
7. Assist with monthly stock count and stock closing activities.
8. Work closely with the Finance & Operation team to support daily operational needs.
9. Support basic filing and documentation within the Finance & Operation Department, as required.
10. Carry out other operational support tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any relevant field.
• Experience in storekeeping, warehouse or operations support is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and comfortable with packing, unpacking and handling goods.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, for record keeping and documentation.
• Responsible, reliable and able to follow instructions.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
