About The Team/role This role focuses on improving merchant health for our international food delivery business. You will help track key merchant metrics, identify risks and issues, and support initiatives that improve merchant performance and long-term growth.

In this role, you'll be... Responsibilities

• Support merchant health tracking, including key metrics such as activity, retention, fulfillment, and transaction performance.
• Help identify merchant risks and operational issues, and support improvement plans.
• Assist in merchant reactivation, segmentation, and issue resolution projects.
• Help summarize findings and prepare analysis reports and optimization suggestions.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Data, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related fields, with availability for a 1-2 years of contract.
• Interested in merchant operations, data analysis, and growth strategy.
• Basic data analysis skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good logic, execution, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced english.
