Operations and Support Manager / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end loan operations and administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise post-disbursement functions, including loan settlement, exposure control and portfolio monitoring.
• Ensure full compliance with ordinance, regulations and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external legal/professional partners on operational and ad-hoc matters.

Target Candidates:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial institutions(less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager).
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Proficient with MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage operations, relevant regulations, Ordinance and guidelines.
• Excellent team leadership, problem-solving skills and decision making capabilities.
