Regional SCM Coordinator Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Regional SCM Coordinator with strong expertise in Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Recovery, and Third-Party Logistics Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with regional SCM teams and external logistics agencies for device recovery and reverse logistics.
• Ensure faster pickup of returned/churn telecom devices and reduce turnaround time.
• Track device recovery, pending pickups, and agency/rider performance.
• Manage and monitor 3rd-party logistics agencies and riders against defined KPIs.
• Prepare MIS and analyze recovery data using Advanced Excel.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in recovery and logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Reverse Logistics / Recovery Operations.
• Experience in telecom, electronics, device recovery, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, MIS.
• Experience managing third-party logistics agencies is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
