Operations and Support Officer (with ROPA experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support the daily operations of the Operations Division and ensure efficient service delivery
2. Monitor operational performance, service legal agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
3. Assist in implementing operational policies, procedures, and process improvements
4. Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements
5. Coordinate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), CAPA, and audit requirements
6. Prepare operational reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates
7. Coordinate cross-functional projects, operational initiatives, and stakeholder activities
8. Monitor operational risks, investigate incidents, and recommend corrective actions
9. Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and approval records
10. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to support operational requirements.
11. Support business continuity, operational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives
12. Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the Operations Manager
13. Coordinate with other business units in terms of follow up and other regulatory

Qualifications:

• Any related bachelor's degree
• With ROPA experience
• 3-4 years relevant experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to the environment
