OPERATIONS & TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

Job Overview

The Operations & Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of solar PV cleaning and preventive maintenance activities in the field. This role ensures that all operations are conducted in full compliance with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) regulations, technical standards, and established quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Supervision

• Lead, manage, and supervise the daily deployment and on-site performance of Solar PV Technicians.
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to the established schedule and operational standards.

2. Safety and Compliance (OSHA)

• Enforce strict compliance with Safe Work at Height (WAH) procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure that all safety harnesses, personal protective equipment (PPE), and operational tools are properly inspected, maintained, and used in accordance with JKKP regulations and safety requirements.

3. Quality Assurance (QA)

• Conduct pre-service and post-service site inspections to ensure that cleaning activities and preventive maintenance procedures meet all technical standards.
• Ensure that all work is carried out without causing damage to customers' property or equipment.

4. Technical Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily reports covering site incidents, job completion status, and technician performance metrics to the Project Manager.
• Maintain complete and accurate operational records for internal monitoring and review.

5. Ad Hoc Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to urgent technical issues and operational challenges in the field.
• Assist in conducting technical training programmes for newly recruited employees and perform other duties assigned by management.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
