Operations & Technology Coordinator

About the role

The Operations & Technology Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and optimization of the club's technology systems. This role acts as the bridge between club operations, staff, customers, and external software developers to ensure all digital systems run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for improving operational processes through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all club technology systems including booking systems, POS systems, membership systems, coaching systems, and customer communication platforms
• Provide first-line support to staff and customers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records of reported problems and resolutions
• Document bugs, submit support tickets, follow up with developers, test fixes, and communicate updates to staff and management
• Oversee operational reports, develop Excel-based reports and dashboards, reconcile data, and investigate discrepancies
• Document procedures, train staff, assist with technology implementations, and recommend operational improvements

About you

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Ability to document issues clearly and communicate effectively with software developers and vendors, in English and Thai
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, reporting, and data analysis
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
• Experience with booking, POS, CRM, or membership management systems (preferred)
• Experience working with software vendors or developers (preferred)
• Knowledge of reporting tools and business analytics (preferred)
