Job Description

We are looking for a fresher Operations & Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day operational activities, communicating with clients or leads, and supporting the team with follow-ups and coordination.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
• Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information.
• Coordinate with the team for daily operational activities.
• Support the team with basic administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle responsibilities independently.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹10,000/month
• Travel Allowance: ₹2,000/month
• Total: Up to ₹12,000/month
• Additional telecalling conversation incentives will be provided based on performance.
• Training and guidance will be provided for freshers.
