Operations and Training Assistant

About the role

Operations & Training Assistant role in a Singapore-based training company specialising in modern home management and domestic helper skills training. As a growing start-up, this is a hands-on and adaptable position to grow with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist trainers during classes and practical training
• Take photos, short videos and capture training content
• Handle trainee records, forms and general administration
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with course coordination
• Support day-to-day operations and team activities
• Support Sunday events, roadshows and course promotions

About you

• Proactive, organised and responsible
• Comfortable communicating with customers and trainees
• Comfortable with office tools and smartphone content creation
• Willing to learn and comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment
• Experience in training, admin, customer service or events is an advantage
• Sales experience is not required, but you should be comfortable engaging customers and supporting promotional activities
