Operations & Warehouse Executive

About the Role

Atlantic Hitz Sdn Bhd is looking for an Operations & Warehouse Executive to manage and support our day-to-day warehouse, inventory and operational activities.

The role covers incoming and outgoing stock, inventory control, storage planning, procurement and delivery coordination, documentation and general warehouse operations.

We are looking for someone who is organised, responsible, detail-oriented and comfortable handling both physical warehouse activities and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and inventory operations.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Plan and schedule procurement and deliveries according to order and project requirements.
• Receive, check and record incoming goods.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing goods for delivery or collection.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate stock issuance, storage and distribution.
• Monitor stock levels and stock movements.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure products and materials are stored properly and systematically.
• Plan and maintain warehouse arrangements to maximise available storage space.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept organised, clean and properly maintained.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, stock movements and warehouse utilisation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, transporters and delivery partners when required.
• Coordinate warehouse staff and provide guidance where necessary.
• Follow up on operational issues and help ensure orders are prepared and delivered according to schedule.
• Carry out other operational or ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, operations or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant warehouse experience will have an added advantage.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, stock handling and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL or inventory / warehouse management systems will be an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised, proactive and responsible.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to multitask and work according to deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure and handle operational issues calmly.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and business partners.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and organised.

You should be comfortable managing both the physical and administrative sides of warehouse operations, including stock handling, inventory records, deliveries and general operational coordination.

Accuracy, follow-up and responsibility are important for this role.

• Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500, depending on experience.

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
