Operations & Warehouse Manager

We're partnering with a well-established New Zealand architectural hardware business with a strong reputation for quality, design and innovation.

With an established presence across New Zealand, Australia and the United States, the business supplies premium architectural products used in high-end residential and commercial projects.

They're now looking for a motivated and organised individual to join their Auckland team in a hands-on operations role covering warehousing, procurement and supply chain coordination.

The Role

You'll play an important part in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly, working across everything from incoming stock and customer orders through to purchasing and supplier coordination.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing and dispatching orders.
• Coordinating incoming stock, deliveries and freight.
• Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Using ERP systems to manage orders, purchasing and stock movements.
• Supporting procurement and wider supply chain activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.

About You

We're looking for someone practical, organised and proactive who enjoys being involved in all aspects of an operation.
Ideally, you'll bring:

• Experience in warehousing, inventory control, purchasing or operations coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
• Reliability, initiative and a genuine desire to learn and develop.

Experience within architectural products, construction materials, hardware distribution or a similar environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
