Operations Assistant (Account Opening / KYC)

Responsibilities

• Review account opening documents and maintain the completeness of account opening documents and digital files.
• Perform checking, proofreading, and other similar tasks related to various types of documents.
• Enter data into the system and support account maintenance processes.
• Conduct regular KYC — Know Your Customer — information reviews and updates.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required and maintain confidentiality of work information.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Detail-minded and able to handle document checking, proofreading, and data entry tasks accurately.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
