Operations Assistant / Admin Warehouse

• Perform daily data entry and filing.
• Prepare invoices, Delivery Orders (DO) and receiving documents.
• Maintain proper warehouse and inventory records.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing goods documentation.
• Update stock and order records when required.
• Coordinate with warehouse, e-commerce and other departments.
• Prepare simple reports when required.
• Ensure all documents are completed accurately and properly filed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Accounting, Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
