Operations Assistant (Admin/1 year renewable contract) (ID: 709764)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with import registration processes and regulatory submissions for various countries as required.
• Support credit control activities, including accounts for receivable monitoring and debt collection follow-ups with customers.
• Coordinate trademark renewal activities and manage incoming shipment processes.
• Assist in updating, maintaining, and monitoring process workflows within the System.
• Support the reconciliation of manual costs recorded in Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) against factory invoices.
• Maintain and update sales planning and forecasting files on a daily basis, and process CLO applications received from the NPI team.
• Manage document filing and records of administration, including finance-related documentation.
• Support customer engagement initiatives by preparing and distributing marketing communications via email.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'O’ Level with 1 year of working experience
• Detailed oriented, able to handle multi tasks in timely manner
• Well organized and self motivated
