Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily fleet and driver operations.
2. Assist with dispatch, trip scheduling, and vehicle assignments.
3. Track vehicle maintenance, fuel, and operational issues.
4. Maintain fleet, driver, and trip records.
5. Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
6. Prepare daily/weekly fleet and logistics reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course; Logistics, Transportation, Operations, Business Administration, or related courses preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in fleet, logistics, dispatch, transportation, or operations support

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

• Strong coordination, organization, and follow-through skills

• Good communication skills and comfortable dealing with drivers and customers

• Able to monitor multiple activities simultaneously

• Willing to answer concerns on holidays or extended hours when operationally required

Setup: Fully on-site, Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM @ 3rd Floor, #10 East Capitol Rd, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City.

Kindly note that KMACE Transport Solutions operates 24/7, including weekends and holidays. The Operations Supervisor will work Monday to Friday, while the Operations Assistant will work Wednesday to Sunday to ensure continuous operational coverage.
