Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily ferry and passenger operations.
• Assist with ticketing, check-in, boarding and passenger enquiries.
• Monitor ferry schedules and operational updates.
• Coordinate with crew, terminal personnel and relevant authorities.
• Handle passenger issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure operational and safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related field is an advantage.
• 1 years' experience in operations, tourism, transportation, hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good English and Malay communication skills.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
