What they need
1. Prepare price quotations, purchase orders, purchase inquiry clarifications and delivery, shipping & transportation documents.
2. Check all customs clearances, shipping & transportation activities, deliveries & receipts of goods/cargoes & inspection of goods/cargoes.
3. Check & verify that all import & export duty & sales tax calculations/ computations, logistics charges, payments, surcharges, levies & fees are correct, accurate & properly computed.
4. Check & verify all payment invoices, shipping/ logistics/ transport documents & any other documents related to the activities of the Operations Department.
5. Inspect and check that all goods/ cargoes received are correct, in the correct quantity/ quantities & are in good order.
6. Update all records on weekly basis related to ongoing work activities e.g. KIV lists for outstanding purchase inquiry clarifications, price quotations, shipping schedules, delivery schedules & any other work records.
