We are looking for a meticulous, proactive, and dynamic Operations Assistant to support our daily portfolio administration and operational workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational capabilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial environment.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about their work, able to work independently, and capable of working within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client onboarding documentation, KYC verification, and CDS account openings.
• Assist in portfolio administration, trade confirmations, settlements, and custodial operations.
• Coordinate client deposit/withdrawal requests and ensure timely execution with custodian banks.
• Maintain organised physical and digital records in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve operational queries promptly.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of operational experience in a stockbroker, fund management company, or financial institution.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; full/part qualification in a recognized professional body is a plus.
• Skills: Strong computer literacy (especially MS Excel and Word), good problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills in English, and strong attention to process accuracy.
