About Koodam for Learning

Koodam for Learning is an education organization working with schools through theatre, creativity, and experiential learning.

What You'll Do:

• Assign tasks to team members via tracker & help maintain tracker hygiene

• Act as the primary administrative support

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Maintain calendars, appointments, and follow-up schedules

• Support in tracking, monitoring, and follow up on tasks across departments

• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and document action points

• Coordinate, communication between departments to ensure a smooth workflow

• Assist with basic operational and administrative requirements

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and commitments

Support with outreach

Who Can Apply:

• Graduates from any discipline

• Freshers or experience (1yr) with strong organizational skills or experienced administrators

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills

• Experience in handling 0Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and basic computer applications

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking

• Based in Salem
