What they need
- Leading and supporting all project stages including initiation, execution, and implementation internally and externally.
- Planning, strategizing, and coordinating team members on overall assigned projects deliverables to ensure that objectives of the projects are met.
- Work closely with manager overseeing Operation and Enforcer team operations.
- Oversee and managing day to day operation of related physical infrastructures and assets.
- Own and take full responsibility for any issues regarding client relations and in the workplace by providing solutions to improve overall performance and work efficiency.
- Lead and motivate operation teams, creating a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
