Operations Assistant

Operations Assistant is primarily tasked to provide operational and administrative support/services for the Plant Operations Department to ensure efficient operations of the team.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Operational Management or any engineering course (IE, CE, ME etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills
• Good customer relations and business work environment
• Willing to render overtime (if needed)
• Preferably residing in or willing to relocate to San Vicente, Pamplona, Camarines Sur
• Can work from Monday-Friday and weekend

Duties & Responsibilities:

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Monitor the availability of stocks of other merchandise (OM) and canister product.
• Reconcile with the Cylinder Controller for the total LPG and cylinders sold with the stores.
• Coordinate with the Cylinder Controller for the available stocks of cylinders for deposit, and with the Quality Control Personnel for cylinders return and for replacement to the store.
• Check the availability of stocks of consumables such as seals, paints, thinners, liquid soaps, cotton gloves, etc.
• Provide assistance with the Cylinder Controller for cylinder control and inventory management in preparing cylinder rebates.

PLANT OPERATIONS

• Assist the driver and helper that will cater daily delivery and entertain their requests and Inquiries.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed by the team.
• Perform other supportive tasks as needed by the team and partner departments.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
