What they need
About the role
Support the Operations Executive and team members in various tasks related to events, retail, and warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the driver in delivering marketing materials such as prints, premiums and marketing collaterals to designated locations
- Support in the setup and rectification of visual merchandising (VM) displays, including troubleshooting retail demos and other retail installations
- Help with the preparation of deployment materials for field teams
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring that materials are properly stored and easily accessible
- Provide additional support in the shifting and movement of items as needed for various events and projects
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth operational flow
About you
- Class 3 Driving License advantageous but not crucial
- Work experience in visual merchandising, IT Retail advantageous but not crucial
- May be required to work paid overtime beyond stipulated working hours to support urgent events, roadshows or deployments
