Operations Assistant

Job Position: Operations Clerk II

Location: Columbia, SC

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Support billing, invoicing, payment follow-up, and order resolution.
• Create and process work orders using SAP.
• Analyze and maintain accurate business and customer data.
• Investigate purchase order compliance issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR a bachelor’s degree with demonstrated capability in comparable work.
• ERP experience required; SAP experience is relevant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate multiple systems, and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience with CRM, database, or field service applications is a plus.
