Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Officer to manage workshop-related data, maintain operational records, and support daily logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain logistics and workshop data in the designated software system.
- Prepare and submit daily breakdown reports.
- Prepare and submit daily oil change reports.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase requisitions.
- Prepare and maintain daily job cards for workshop operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all logistics activities.
- Perform other administrative duties related to logistics operations as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in logistics, workshop administration, or data management will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong data entry, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
