Operations Assistant

As a Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of service arrangements, including required documentation and permits.
• Handle the transfer and transportation of individuals and equipment to designated locations.
• Set up and arrange relevant equipment, furnishings and decorative items.
• Guide visitors and guests to the appropriate venues.
• Provide on-site operational support to ensure services run smoothly.
• Assist with the handling, distribution and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Provide physical assistance with carrying and moving items when required.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance of premises.
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Keen interest in funeral service industry, training is provided.
• A Class 3 driver's license would be advantageous
• Open to shift work, overtime and working on Public Holidays
