Operations Assistant – Bunpops

Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands

Job Type: Part-time, 26.5 paid hours per week (aged 18+), with additional hours available

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our growing toy and collectibles business, based in Kingswinford.

Bunpops is a fast-growing retailer specialising in Funko Pops, toys and collectibles, selling to customers across the UK through online marketplaces and live shopping.

We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking and organised to help with the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations.

Working Hours

• Friday: 8am – 4pm
• Saturday: 10am – 4pm
• Sunday: 10am – 4pm
• Monday: 8am – 4pm

28 hours per week, including unpaid breaks (26.5 paid hours for employees aged 18 and over).

Additional hours will be available depending on business needs, particularly during our busy November and December trading period. Applicants having some flexibility to work extra hours is ideal.

The Role Will Involve

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Unboxing and checking new deliveries
• Organising and putting away stock
• Keeping stock and packing areas clean and tidy
• Helping with customer service
• Assisting with preparation for our live shopping streams
• Supporting other general day-to-day warehouse tasks

Pay

£12.71 per hour for applicants aged 21 and over, in line with the National Living Wage, with a competitive hourly rate offered to applicants under 21.

Breaks are unpaid and provided in accordance with our company break policy. Applicants under 18 will receive the legally required longer breaks.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

We are mainly looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Happy being on their feet for most of the day
• Able to regularly handle boxes and stock
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Flexible and willing to help wherever needed

An interest in toys, collectibles or Funko Pops would be a bonus, but is not essential.
