Operations Assistant (Container)

**Sinomaritime Shipping Sdn. Bhd.,**a member of the Raffles Shipping Group (Singapore), is an established shipping company in Klang. To meet the growing demand for increased shipments, the Container Logistics Department is inviting highly motivated, team-oriented and trustworthy Executives to join our team for a rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

• To plan, coordinate and arrange the import and export shipment.
• Coordinate with carrier/agent, trader, shipper and buyer for cargo movement.
• To update the shipping schedule and arrange for the delivery schedule.
• Monitor shipment to ensure a smooth shipment process.
• To perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).
• Min 1 year experience in handling containerized shipping, freight forwarders or NVOCC for sea freight operations/ocean cargo bookings
• Good negotiation skills
• Familiar with MS Office applications
• Full-time position.
