Operations Assistant – Inventory & E-Commerce

About the Job

MFABI Fulfillment is looking for an organized, dependable person to join our team as an Operations Assistant.

You'll help keep our daily operations running smoothly by updating inventory, checking orders, working with spreadsheets, and communicating with our warehouse team and clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys computer-based work, staying organized, and solving problems. You'll receive training on our systems and processes, so you don't need to have experience with every tool we use.

The position starts with in-person training in Brooklyn, then transitions to a hybrid schedule and eventually remote work as you become comfortable with the role and responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Update inventory and product information in our computer systems.
• Check orders and help resolve order or inventory issues.
• Use Excel or Google Sheets to organize information.
• Track incoming products and follow up on missing items.
• Communicate with clients and warehouse staff.
• Keep records accurate and tasks organized.
• Learn our systems and help improve daily processes.

What We're Looking For

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and online platforms.
• Clear written communication and follow-through.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and ask questions when needed.

No direct supply chain experience required! Experience in customer service, office administration, retail, e-commerce, or inventory is helpful but not necessary.

Experience with Shopify, Excel, or inventory software is a plus.
