Operations Assistant / Officer

• Handle FCL import shipments and project cargo
• Coordinatewith shipping lines, hauliers, warehouses and customers for shipment and deliveryarrangements
• Prepareand check shipping documents, permits and billing
• Monitorshipment status handle operational issues and exceptions
• Ensureshipments are completed smoothly and on time

Requirements

• Preferablywith logistics / shipping / freight forwarding experience

. Detail-oriented, responsible andcareful at work

• Goodcommunication and coordination skills
• Goodproblem-solving skills and able to work independently

. Abel to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments

. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
