Operations Assistant - SM BF Paranaque

Position description: To be able to assist the Carpark Operations team in the day-to-day tasks mainly through supporting administrative tasks of the department in order to contribute to the achievement of the team’s goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Provide administrative and operational support in processing documents, coordinating requirements, and handling day-to-day tasks.
  • Coordinate with malls, operators, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Prepare and submit reports such as daily, monthly, and transaction-related documentation to management.
  • Handle financial transactions including refunds, digital wallet records, and verification of cashier reports.
  • Assist in customer service operations by addressing complaints and performing ticket booth duties when needed.
