Operations Assistant(F&B)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Conduct regular shop visits to monitor service and hygiene standards, and prepare audit reports.

定期巡查分店以監控服務及衛生質素，並撰寫巡查報告。

2.Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and 5S principles across stores.

確保分店嚴格執行標準作業程序（SOP）及 5S 管理。

3.Review and analyze store rosters to optimize manpower and labor costs.

審核及分析分店更表，優化人力成本。

4.Handle onboarding and basic training for new frontline members.

負責前線新員工的迎新培訓。

5.Perform trade zone and competitor analysis to support operations.

進行商圈調查及競品分析，協助提升營運表現。

6.Organize frontline operations meetings and follow up on action items.

組織前線營運會議並跟進改善進度。

Job Requirements：

1.1-2 years of experience in F&B operations.

1-2 年餐飲營運經驗。

2.Strong understanding of SOPs, roster management, and trade zone analysis.

熟悉 SOP 執行、更表管理及商圈調查。

3.Holder of Hygiene Manager / Supervisor certificate is highly preferred.

持有衛生經理 / 衛生督導員證書者優先。

4.Knowledge or experience in 5S management is preferred.

具備5S 管理經驗者優先。

5.Good communication and reporting skills; comfortable with regular shop visits.

具良好溝通及報告能力，需週不時落鋪巡查。

6.Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.

熟練應用 MS Office 及中文輸入法。
